This business venture started when we realized that people are prepared to insure their Pandora jewelry - it is just that valuable and expensive!
We started looking for alternative suppliers who could still offer the same 925 sterling silver quality products that we have become accustomed to BUT at a much more affordable price.
You will find a wide variety of bracelets, charms, stoppers, spacers and safety chains - all of which are made of high quality 925 sterling silver.

IS PANDORA'S DREAMS' JEWELRY REAL SILVER?
All the jewelry sold on this website are 925 sterling silver unless otherwise specified.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
Payment is either via direct EFT or COD. Should you decide to deposit payment directly into our bank account, your order will be shipped once proof of payment has been verified.
Shipping fees are calculated at a flat rate of R100. Delivery can take 1 - 5 working days depending on your physical address (you will be supplied with a tracking number).
For orders over R1 000, shipping is FREE OF CHARGE.
Alternatively, orders can be collected in Centurion, Gauteng.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Unfortunately we do not support online shopping due to web hacking and phishing.
Each product has a unique SKU product code - you can contact us via e-mail, supplying us with this code and how many of each item you would like to purchase.
We will then forward an invoice containing valid banking details and you can can proceed with payment.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We will replace your purchased product within seven (7) days of purchase, should you be unhappy with it or should it have a factory fault (if you still have the original receipt and packaging and the product has not been worn). Should the product be out of stock, we'll be willing to replace it with something in a similar price range however, should the replacement not be to your satisfaction, we will be happy to refund your money in full.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT MY WRIST SIZE IS WHEN ORDERING A BRACELET OR BANGLE?
Wrap a flexible tape measure around your wrist, just below the wrist bone. Pull it tight so it's snug, but not uncomfortable. This is your wrist size.
If you add more than 5 charms, select one size larger than your regular size.
